Not all broken devices require the same level of repair skill set. Some may be an easy fix, while others are a little more complex, requiring board level repair. That’s where Device Pro Solutions comes into play. We offer mail-in board level repairs, done right, backed with a warranty.

Even with board level repair, some are more complex than others. Below, you will find our current pricing structure. All repairs begin with a diagnosis to confirm pricing and what needs to be done. No repair will be worked on without price approval by our customers should we find something different than what was expected.

Common repairs:

• No Power - Device is not showing any life even after plugging in to charging cable, or hitting the power button.

• No Backlight - Device is powering on, however the image is very dark. Unable to clearly see the display however when a light is shining on the screen there is a faint image coming through.

• Not Charging - When a charging cable is plugged in, the device will not recognize the charger at all. Sometimes, the charging cable is recognized however the battery percentage is not increasing.

• No Boot - Device will not boot past the Apple logo. Device will continuously restart and not progress to the main screen.

• Liquid Damage - Minor, or major, liquid spills that can damage internal components on the motherboard or other hardware

• No Display - Device will power on and all functions seem to work, however there is no image from the main display

Additional Fees

** $20 additional fee for all iPad 2, 3 & 4 devices to disassemble and reassemble if sent in with screen attached and sealed.
** $30 additional fee for all iPad Air 1 & 2, iPad Pro (all models) and Mini 1, 2, 3 & 4 devices to disassemble and reassemble if sent in with screen attached and sealed.
Minimum fee of $49 for any device that is sent in and repaired.
