Yes. Just be sure to include the Ticket Number for each device so we have the details on who the device belongs to and the problem with the device. If you do not include Ticket Number for your repair it can delay the repair as we may not know who sent us the device.
Yes, feel free to email or call us if you have questions about other repairs. We currently have our most common repairs and prices on the website. We do work on a wide range of devices including phones, tablets and computers.
Check the status of your repair by clicking on Repair Tracking on the menu. Once there you can enter your Ticket Number and last name. You can enter the ticket number for any existing ticket you have with us as it will bring up a list of all tickets, invoices and activity. Every time you submit an order you will receive an email with a Ticket Number for each device. The My Account link on our website will show all orders you submitted and order numbers, but does not provide correct status or tracking information.
