This comprehensive hands-on course is designed to equip students with the micro soldering skills and diagnostic techniques needed to repair common logic board issues in various electronic devices. Leveraging the latest industry-grade equipment, students will gain practical experience working on modern devices such as iPads, iPhones, Samsung phones, and MacBooks.

Who Should Enroll:

This course is ideal for individuals with basic repair experience in disassembling and repairing mobile devices. Prior soldering experience is not required, as the course begins with foundational soldering skills and progresses to advanced micro soldering techniques.

Fundamental Soldering Skills: Learn the essential principles of soldering, including the tools, materials, and techniques needed for precise and effective work. Micro Soldering Techniques: Develop advanced skills in micro soldering, focusing on fine-pitch components and complex circuit board repairs. Schematic Reading and Diagnostics: Understand how to read and interpret electronic schematics, and use diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot logic board issues. Common Repair Practices: Gain insights into repairing frequent problems encountered in repair shops, such as damaged connectors, faulty components, and broken traces. Hands-On Troubleshooting: Engage in real-world troubleshooting exercises on live devices with actual issues. Students are encouraged to bring their own faulty devices to diagnose and repair during the course. Versatile Repair Skills: Acquire techniques that can be applied to a wide range of issues beyond those covered in class, enhancing your ability to handle diverse repair scenarios. Class hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm each day
